At Phillips Buick GMC, it’s the people that make the difference!
“It’s a great business. We try to keep everything hometown based. It’s a great place to work. It’s a great place to buy a car with honorable people.” – Kevin Paulling.
“We’re here for our customers to make sure they are comfortable and happy with the deal that they just made.” – Penny Miller.
With respect to available safety features we have choices like never before. GM Surround Vision is almost magical in concept and application. This available system provides you with an overhead virtual “bird’s eye” view of the scene around your vehicle on a center-stack display, and helps you park and avoid crashes with nearby objects during low-speed maneuvering.
Surround Vision Camera, also known as the 360-degree camera, is a General Motors active safety technology that provides the driver with an overhead “bird’s eye” view of the environment around their vehicle to assist in parking and avoid hitting nearby objects during low-speed maneuvering. By supplementing direct vision and mirrors, the feature is helpful in showing the driver blind spots, pavement markings, other vehicles, curbs and other surroundings.
Surround Vision displays an overhead video image of the vehicle on the center stack display using four cameras: Rear Vision Camera, Forward-looking camera in front grill/emblem area and 2 side-looking cameras mounted on each side mirror
“We shop here at Phillips because it’s very friendly and warm. And they go out of their way to make sure that they have the right vehicle you want. If they do not have what you want, they will look for it. And we give this place a 5 star rating and that’s the reason why we keep coming back here.”

As the car dealership closest to The Villages Community, Phillips Buick GMC welcomed local car clubs and auto enthusiasts to participate in the First Annual “Rides of March” Car Show on Saturday, March 2nd from 10am to 2pm. Many residents of The Villages were in attendance and it was beautiful weather for everyone to get together and show off their rides.
Anyone with a vintage or antique automobile was encouraged to attend, while enjoying free food, 50’s & 60’s music, plus the chance to win a trophy for such categories as Best Of Show, Most Unique, Best Muscle, Best Exotic and more. Three judges from the dealership staff selected the trophy winners, and the first 75 participants received a commemorative dash plaque.
The Buick Enclave was introduced to the automobile world in 2008 and has kept pace with the ever-changing market in both technology and style. The new 2019 Enclave takes a backseat to no one when it comes to connectivity and safety. Speaking of backseats; the Buick Enclave actually has one that is comfortable and useful.
Yes, useful is one of the reasons people buy a SUV. They are looking for utility after all and there is plenty of utility available with the 2019 Buick Enclave. We are talking about 97.6 cubic feet of cargo space with the last two rows of seats folded flat and another 3.1 cubic feet under the rear cargo floor. For those lucky people who are in your car pool, the new Enclave holds up to seven smiling faces.
The Car Connection: “From turn signals to tail lights, the 2019 Buick Enclave is an exercise in modern design that is well-proportioned and neatly executed.”
There are two types of people in the world, those who drive trucks and those who don’t. That may be an oversimplification but if you have not driven one of the new GMC trucks, you are in for a pleasant surprise. Getting behind the wheel of the new 2019 GMC Sierra 2500HD feels like you are inside of a luxury sedan except there is more room in the Sierra. All of this occurs without impacting the Sierra 2500HD primary mission which is to work, help you make things happen and get things done. It can even be your office on four, sometimes six, big wheels.
Part of the reason GMC HD trucks are so popular is that you don’t have to pay for features you don’t want or need. No matter how comfortable a Sierra 2500HD happens to be, it is still intended and engineered to haul things and pull trailers. With that in mind, the new GMC Sierra 2500HD comes in different trim levels so you can choose the one you want for your specific needs.
The 2019 GMC Yukon is a big vehicle: big in style, big in performance, big in options and big in size. It is unique in that the new Yukon offers tremendous value when compared to vehicles of similar size. Who buys a vehicle like the 2019 Yukon? A discriminating type of buyer who can clearly afford most anything but sees more value in the GMC Yukon.
A little-known fact about the Yukon is that about three quarters of the Yukons sold are at the Denali trim level; the top of the Yukon line.
The Car Connection: “The 2019 GMC Yukon is an old-school SUV with plenty of tech and capability for new-school buyers.”
